Readington Tewksbury Junior Baseball League

In this session you will;
-Complete contact and other information to apply as a manager or assistant coach for our rec season.

All coaches need to go through a background check and take the safety abuse training every other year.  These will now be handled through the Babe Ruth website and further info will be sent to coaches in the near future.

All coaches must attend (in person or remote) a Rutgers Safety Clinic.  This only needs to be done once a lifetime.  More info and classes can be found by clicking the link below.   Note sometimes classes will also be held in Readington.

Family Work Bond will be returned for the manager and 3 assistant coaches per team by the end of the fiscal year (October) if the following requirements are met;
 

-All coaches (manager and assistants) must attend at least 3 league meetings (March coaches meeting is mandatory).  

-Complete field/facility maintenance requirements before and after games.

-Turn in all evaluation paperwork and equipment on time after the season. 

-Managers will be asked to sign off that assistant coaches have fulfilled the above requirements throughout the season.

League meetings that count towards attendance started with the October meeting and run through and include the June meeting.  Please see the league home page for more information about meeting dates and times.

We encourage all coaches to get more involved with our league beyond coaching.  Ask a board member how you can get more involved, we need more than just coaches to keep our league running.
