Readington Tewksbury Junior Baseball is seeking interested individuals for hiring consideration for our Snackstand.

Currently we are looking for adults (over the age of 21 years), as well as teens (15 years  or older). 

Hourly pay will range from $15-$20 based on role, and shift responsibilities.

Responsibilities will include:

• Opening the Snackstand prior to game time
• Setting up all necessary equipment (hot dog warmer, oven for pretzels, etc.)
• Ensuring that beverage and ice cream coolers are fully stocked before closing the Snackstand
• Taking patron orders
• Preparing and serving food
• Maintaining all orders processed through our point of sale system
• Collecting payment, making change
• Maintaining the restroom facilities
• Cleaning up the Snackstand
• Closing out the days register at shift end

Our recreational season this year starts in mid-April and will run through mid-June. Summer Travel and Tournament play runs from June through the end of July.  

Possible shifts needed:

• Monday through Thursday 5:30pm through 8:30pm approximately (varies based on game play)
• Saturday blocks of time throughout the day starting at 8:30am through 8:30pm or earlier
  • Saturday blocks could be as little as 3 hours or longer depending on availability and needs
  • There will be added Sundays as the season moves along into the summer season as we will be hosting various tournaments at our Railroad Fields
