RTJBL is looking for field workers for the regular season and summer tournament games. 

We will be hosting multiple tournaments this year in the late spring, summer and possibly the fall.

Workers need to be adults or HS/College students. 

• Adults league members with outstanding work bonds can use the first 4 hours worked to satisfy their work bond.  After that adults are paid $17 an hour.
• Workers do not need to be involved with the league
• Adults are paid $17 an hour and HS/College Students start at $15 an hour and go up depending on experience.

Tournament games are on Saturday and Sunday typically starting Memorial Weekend and then again mid June through the end of July.  You will not be required to work every weekend, you can work when available.  We will also need help occasionally during the rec season.

Job requires the following duties: Prepping, raking, lining fields (prior and between games) during tournaments.  

• Operation of lawn tractor to drag fields as needed.
• Removing garbage and recycling from cans to dumpsters.
• General cleanup of the facility grounds throughout the shift.   
• Lifting and shoveling dirt may also be required to get fields ready after inclement weather.

During tournament play the adult worker will be the point of contact with the tournament organizer and will be the main contact for any on site issues as well as performing the above tasks.

Adults will also be responsible for coordinating all field workers and associated responsibilities.

For last minute inclement weather RTJBL will reach out to workers to see who is available to come to the fields to help get them ready for rec or tournament play.  In this event a minimum of 2 hours will be paid for workers, or towards the work bond.
